Puppies are $750 - $1000

We are counting down to St. Patty's
Day at the Claddagh Farm.
The new babies are here,
some ready now, some will be ready
for spring. Call
or e-mail me if you need more
pictures or have questions.
It
has snowed here in Ohio and we are taking full advantage of it.
It is beautiful and
fun and great to hike in. Girls noticed that the ball was on
the other side of the fence.

I am writing this excerpt to help you with your decision before
you decide to buy a Jack Russell puppy.
Jack Russells are a breed that you need to understand before you
buy one. They are VERY people
oriented. They adore their humans and will do anything you do,
gladly. Potty training is easy when you are
consistent and sometimes happens really quickly, but do not
think the dog will be potty trained in 2 weeks.
I have had many families have their potty training done in
2 weeks, but that is working consistently and
following procedures to the "T". If you are gone
8-10 hours a day, do not expect the puppy to like it or to
potty train itself. They are like taking home a newborn
baby. They need attention, they need love, they
need understanding and they need human companionship. They
are super INTELLIGENT and are the
easiest dogs to train, but they don't do it on their own.
If you have a hectic life that includes leaving a baby
the entire day without anyone to help let them out or help with
training, this is not the dog for you.
They do not exist well in a situation where you are gone all the
time. Especially puppies, they desire time
with you and that is what sets their personality for the rest of
their life. Puppies are very entertaining and
cute but they are not here JUST for our evening entertainment.
They are family members that
are with you for 13-18 years. They think like people and
they act a lot like people, so they need the same
consideration as people. If you would like
to talk about whether a Jack Russell puppy is for you...I would
be thrilled to talk to you.
A great big "Thank You" to all our friends
who helped with our homeless project for Christmas. We
provided food and Christmas for over 300 people and we were very
pleased and so were they.
Now that Christmas is over, we
are continuing to feed as many people as possible. February is
our Valentine month. We are preparing 80 pounds of
barbeque, vegetables, desert and all the fixings.
We are still doing the dollar a month donations. If you
can send a dollar a month...we are putting it all together and
buying food. These are hard economic times and as long as
I am able...I will do what I can to help others. Many
blessings to all those who help us help!!! There are several of
you who send monthly and I can't tell you what a wonderful
blessing it is for our homeless.

All puppies $700 - $1000 (Plus tax
and shipping if needed)
(If we are shipping to you, we will
add the price of shipping which is usually around $285.
Depending on your location and which airport we have to fly
into.. That includes crate, vet check, food, and flight).
DEPOSITS: We require a deposit to hold puppies until
they are ready to go to their new home. This deposit is
non-refundable. We have refunded deposits many times, but
it would be at the breeder's discretion. There are times
when things change and it can't be helped, so we can talk about
those times. If you put a deposit on a newborn puppy and
then can't take it when it is ready to go...we do not refund
deposits.
All puppies have had the following:
Wormer
At least one shot
Dew Claws removed
Tails docked
All puppies go home with the following:
Food
Toy
Health Records
Open door return policy - If at any
time during the life of the dog you are unable to keep them, we
invite them back to our home to live. You will need to
make arrangements to get the puppy or dog here, but we would be
happy to take it. We only refund the purchase price if
there is a genetic problem with the dog. If your
circumstances change, we understand things happen, so do not
hesitate to call us if you can't keep your dog whether it is a
few months or a few years. We are here.
Shipping:
We will ship anywhere if you are
unable to pick up your puppy. The airlines require a vet
check within a week of shipping, an airline approved travel
crate. This usually runs around $295. This
will vary, depending on conditions and where you live, but most
of the time it is $295.. We ship the quickest route to
your nearest airport. Someone must be at the airport
before puppy's arrival to assure the puppy's safety and health.
Health Guarantee:
We guarantee the health of
our puppies from any genetic defects for the first 5 years.
This covers anything life threatening or crippling.
We will replace the puppy or by choice of the breeder, we will
discuss refunding your money. If there are any health
issues with your new puppy, you should call me immediately.
We have a very good rapport with our vet and he is always
willing to help us out. I do not pay vet bills after the
puppy has gone home, we will always work out any issue. But, I
must be notified BEFORE you make decisions about health issues.
Of course, if a dog has a real emergency, you must tend to that
quickly, like being hit, or ingesting something...but if
something comes up with the dogs health, you cannot call after
the fact and expect me to fix it. I want to know even if
the the dog sneezes funny. I want to be in the loop for
anything you need done. Veterinary bills can, a lot of
times, be prevented with a quick phone call. I am here for
any questions or issues no matter how old your dog is.
We have had a good track record and have many, many satisfied
customers. For matters concerning surgery...just like with
humans, we get a second opinion. There is no such thing as
a species that cannot have a health issue...so we know that it
is a possibility and are here for you if you need us.
